I know my closet has been flooded by navy blue, but I just love the subtlety of dark blue. I am addicted and I don't care.
I have already missed a beauty in Urban Outfitters last summer. A gorgeous NAVY blue dress with lace trim by Vaudeville & Burlesque. SO PRETTY. Sadly they are sold out now, that's really disappointing. I have even tried to contact V&B to see if I could buy the dress from them directly. NO REPLY.
Until last week I saw somebody selling this dress on ebay(how could they not want to keep it!) I did try to place a bid for like more than 5 times, OUTBID OUTBID OUTBID. The auction ended at 40something and with postage was like 50. It is a bit too much for a used dress. The seller even mentioned there was slight bubbling on the dress but seemed that people don't care about it. Anyway I didn't win the auction. Yes, I have missed it again.
Navy-addiction makes me looking for more similar items. Here they are...
This floaty shift dress is a really similar one , even more cozy with the velvet and loose fit. Um...cheaper as well.
Topshop again. If you search the word 'topshop' in this blog, you may be able to find more than 50 results. But they concession collection is just so amazing. I love the ruffle 3/4 sleeves (long sleeved velvet may be a bit too much). The studs are just like stars sparkling...or the light reflection on the seawater?
Velvet again? You may say. Navy colour and velvet is a couple!
TBA Organza collar velvet dress £150.00NOW £30.00 in ASOS
More velvet blue...
How about a pair of velvet blue ankle heels?
Navy leather looks nice too.
