Gartine, embraced slow-food philosophy even growing their own veggies sever on your plate.Everything in Gartine is organic, open for breakfast, hot/cold lunch, cakes and high tea serves on delightful flower-printed china. Wonderful cakes taste "alsof er een engeltje op je tong plast" means if an angel peed on you tongue( dutch expression, go with it). Staff are (rarely in amsterdam) super sweet.
