This giant disco ball in the sky, was meant to be a government building as a symbol of Communist ideals. However it failed to make a powerful political statement as intended. There is an unpredicted ray of light reflected by the building and forms a cross shaped acroos the shiny stinless-steel dome, immediately earning it the title of 'the Pope's revenge'. Sorry but it is humorous.
Musikinstrumenten-Museum

800 of music instruments are on display, include a rare Strativarious violin! (I will definite go to see it), Friedrich the Great Flutes and massive Organ. Instrument-making is one of the 國粹of this country and it has been an expertise on this over centuries.

Their permanent exhibition "A journey through film history: from the pioneering years, to silent-film divas and the films of the Weimar Republic; from cinema under National Socialism, exile in Hollywood to the post-war years and contemporary cinema; and at the heart of the exhibition: Marlene Dietrich."
That's mean everything in the film history in German is exhibited.

Gallery, venue to take in contemporary art. The building was badly damaged in 1945 and beautifully restored in 1970s. It was classified as a historical monument in 1966.
